This process is for your witchery tools. You can do all three or you can simply just Cleanse or Cleanse & Consecrate. Your tools can consist of anything from your altar items to jewelry to your broom etc.
Cast Your Circle, Call your Directions, Invoke God and Goddess, Spirit or just Spirit.
Cleansing:

Take tool and do the following:
~ Burn Sage/ Incense, run tool through smoke (Air/East)
~ Wave it over the candle flame (South, Fire)
~ Sprinkle in Moonwater (West, Water)
~ Bury it in Salt/ Dirt/ Cornmeal or rub it (North, Earth)
Speak over each Direction:
* Powers of the (direction)
Guardians of the (element)
I consecrate this (tool)
And charge it with your energies
I purify it this night and make this tool sacred*

Consecrating:
** To dedicate as Sacred**
~ Chant a blessing over it, Facing Centre of Circle (Spirit/Universe and towards East (beginning) )
* I charge this (tool) in the name of the Old Ones, the Sun and the Moon and the Stars. By the power of the Air, of the Fire, of the Water, of the Earth I banish the energies of others and make it new and fresh. I consecrate this (tool) and it is Mine.*
Charging:
** Imbue with Power**
All around inside of your circle
~ Dance, Chant, Meditate to raise power
Say Farewell to Spirit, Goddess and God, Release Elements/Directions, Open Circle
