Infusions

Brewing Supplies:
~ Kitchen scale
~ Quart Jar
~ Boiling Water
~ Herb (one every four days)

How to:
1) Put your empty jar on the scale and turn the scale on


2) Pour herb into jar till you each 1 ounce

3) Take jar off scale and add boiling water to bottom ring of Quart



4) Put cap on and do not shake

5) Set four hours and strain out. Keep the liquid!

6) Drink one cup a day (will last approx. 4 days)

** Do not use lavender and strong smelling infusions**
** Nettle, Oatstraw, Red Clover and Comfrey need to be rotated as they pack so many nutrients**
