Butter

You will Need:
* A blender
* 2 c. or more of heavy cream
* cheesecloth
* fork
* ice cold water
* tsp. salt

Directions:
* Add cream to blender and "churn" on high. After several minutes you will see the cream begin to separate into butter and buttermilk.
* When you can clearly see the small pieces of butter spinning you can turn off blender
* Strain contents through cheesecloth
*Place butter in a bowl and press till all liquid is extracted. Save buttermilk in fridge
* Add 1/2 c. to 1 c. of cold water to butter and mix
* pour off water and press again
* Add salt with fork
* Shape into ball and refrigerate. Lasts one month
