Rosemary Oat Bannock

You will Need:
* 1 c. rolled oats
* 1 c. flour
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 6 tbsp. butter
* 1/2 c. milk
* 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
* 1 tsp. orange zest
* 3 tbsp. sugar
* 1 egg yolk (for the caudle)

Directions:
~ Grease cast iron frying pan
~ Mix oats, flour, salt, sugar, rosemary and orange zest
~ Cut cold butter and mix, add milk
~ Knead over flour until it holds consistency
~ Divide in half. Roll each into circle 1.4 inch thick
~ In small bowl mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp milk. Brush over circles
~ Bake till golden
