June's Rose Moon
* It is also known as the Rose Moon. My research shows that this is what the English call it. Up here in the North it is also a time for the roses to come into bloom. So I think the name quite fitting. Right now they are just on the cusp of bloom. I look forward to harvesting to restock my spelling cabinet.
* The moon of June is also known as the Dyad Moon. Dyad meaning "pair". At this time the effects of the Sun and the Moon are equally apparent. It also being the month of the Summer Solstice!!!
~~ Everything just makes so much sense when you follow the moons. It's mind boggling! And it astounds me each time. You would think by now I would be use to the common sense in witchcraft ha ha.~~
* This is a time for taking stock of the year. It's the midway point. Remember what you have accomplished and what is still left to conquer. It ain't over yet baby!!
* The Rose Moon is sacred to the Fae and Nature Spirits.
* Also take some time to honour the growth that occurs in the field/garden/backyard/flowerpot in the corner of your room.
