Lughnasa Altar
Super hard to get a good shot of my altar for Lughnasa! It was so big with the bread that I braided for it. I have a smaller one now that we have consumed the bread, berries and cookies. I will share a pic of that tomorrow on this post. Anyway I am using yellow candles in honour of the first harvest festival. And the Owl has been sticking with me for some reason this year, I don't know why but it keeps coming up so she is gracing my altars until she is ready to fly off. I will do some research on her and let you know what I have found. My offerings for this festival are Lughnasa cookies, blueberries and my braided bread that I made specifically for Lughnasa. I am late I know, but everything seems to be coming together right now so I am just going with the flow.
