~ Catch the light of the full moon in the bowl, try to catch it's reflection
~ Take a moment to ground and centre, then gaze into the moon touched whiteness.
~ Write down any images. words that come to mined with milk as ink and the skewer as the quill.
~ Allow the milk to dry. Roll up paper and tie with ribbon. Knot 3 times. Set on altar till next full moon.
