*Pluck your flowers and soak them in water. Gently run them under tap to clean.
*Use a fine "paint" brush and paint on flax seed whites (Not egg whites) onto the flowers.
* Dip them into ground up white sugar. Blow off the excess sugar so it does not appear clumpy.
* Remove stems (I leave them on for the dipping process)
* Place on Cookie sheet to dry.
*Use on top of custards, cakes, pies...anything really ;)
