Peppermint Milk Punch

You will Need:
* 1/2 c. - 1 1/2 c. whole milk
* 2 c. heavy cream
* 4 tsp. honey
* 1/2 a vanilla bean (spilt & scraped)
* 2 c. peppermint tea (brewed strong)
* Brandy (optional)

Directions:
* Brew and cool strong tea to room temp
* Slowly heat 1/2 c. milk over low heat with honey and vanilla. Allow sweetened milk to cool.
* Combine rest of milk and cream in large bowl. Add tea and sweet milk.
* Add brandy if choose to
* Serve cold
