Invocation of the Hag

This spell is a month long. You will embrace your shadows and find your strength in them. Use this in dark times of need. With the workings of the Hag she represents something different to us all. In the beginning I only seen her as my "ugly" side, but in the end she is all. Every string of the web. The darkness of my web that I weave.

I will share with you the spell that my sister and I came up with. Each of our spells are slightly different. This one is mine. You need to twist and twine this your own way so it represents you. Take it as a base and weave your web with it. All my offerings are on my Hag's Offerings page.

The Invocation of the Hag begins with the DaRk MoOn. It is three days before the New Moon, a time when the sky is at is darkest.

Dark Moon Workings
*Midnight at the Crossroads
~ 1st Offering to the Hag
~ Light your cauldron on fire (Use the Hag's Cauldron Fire)
~ Create your Web (What you want to work with or on)

Day after the Dark Moon
~ Create an Altar to honor the Hag (Check out Hag Altar)

New Moon
~ Day of cleansing *Smudge home, yourself, cleansing bath (Follow Cleansing Bath for tips)
~ Divination in any form ( Throwing the bones, tarot, oracle, scrying, pendulum)
~ Meditate on your divination
* Midnight at the Crossroads
~ 2nd Offering to the Hag
~ Ask for the guidance of the Hag. (Important to ask with NO fear in your heart. Invoke your strength)

~ Mediation on my Intentions
~ Divination in any form

First Quarter
~ Start Hag necklace honouring all aspects ( I chose a necklace. You can choose anything)
