Midnight Margaritas

Midnight Margaritas!! Made famous by the infamous Practical Magic book & movie from the world of Alice Hoffman. This drink is so dark I could not get a great picture of it (I took it on the Midnight Witching hour) 

Rosemary has been added to this recipe for not only it's great taste & aroma, but also because it is the herb of remembrance. Use it to remember your night... or not.

For the Solitary Witch

Ingredients:

* 1/2. cup frozen/fresh Blueberries

* 1/2 cup frozen/fresh Blackberries

* 2 tbsp or 1/4 cup of Tequila (depending on how strong tasting you want it)

* 2 tbsp or 1/4 cup of Grand Marnier (match this with your Tequila)

* 1 tbsp fresh Lime juice

* 1 tbsp Rosemary syrup (see link for recipe)

Directions:

*Mix in a blender

Don't forget to rim your cup with either Rosemary Sugar (like I did) or Rosemary Salt.

* Simply take a sprig of Rosemary and break apart, set in spice grinder with sugar/salt and grind             together.

* Next wet the rim of your cup and dip in the Rosemary mix.

* Store Rosemary mix in fridge in air tight container. 

For a Coven Gathering

Ingredients:

* 2 cups frozen/fresh Blueberries

* 2 cups frozen/fresh Blackberries

* 1 cup Tequila (depending on how strong tasting you want it)

* 1 cup Grand Marnier

* 1/2 cup fresh Lime juice

* 1/2 cup Rosemary syrup (see link for recipe)

Directions:

* Mix in Blender

* Rosemary mix for glass dipping

Barbados lime is just the thing
Cragged salt like a sailors stubble
Flip the switch and let the cauldron bubble!
