This idea came from the Witch down the street. She popped over and dropped off a basket full of plastic eggs. These eggs are filled with two chocolates, a stone and a daily affirmation! I asked if I could share a photo and her idea on my blog and she gave me her blessings
Once we, over the days of Ostara, opened all of those eggs I decided to make our own set. I found a bunch of small items (buttons, shells, baby chicks, small clips, mustache pins) to put in the eggs, wrote out some daily intentions and add two chocolates as well!
We celebrate Ostara all the way up to Easter (as of course this is when my children get their spring break from school)
Our first project up this year was creating a type of wreath to hang outside. I purchased a few things from the dollar store to attach to a bunny wreath I found at the dollar store! I also added a Pentacle that the Witch down the street blessed my family with.
I also created a nice little area for cellphones to be placed when company comes over. Hoping that company responds and uses it instead of my kitchen table, where everyone is in constant checking mode!
