You can use this link to follow the spell and tweak it as you go. We used this spell with the Waxing Moon and changed up the words from Shadow Warrior Come to Me to Shadow Warrior Wake Up.
I also decided to call upon Baga Yaga's guidance. With Baba Yaga you can ask questions, but not to many, you can ask for help but you must do it with a backbone and no fear. For some great information on Baba Yaga check out this book : Women Who Run With Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I wrote the following invocation and releasing. You can do this once you have cast your circle and called your elements. If you decide to work with Baba Yaga try to use a candle in her colors: Red, Green, Brown, Black or White. Also try to dress in her colors to honour her as well. I placed a Mortar, Pestle and small kyanite broom on our altar for her and offered her some of the herbs from the spell.
My coven sister and I painted each others faces for this spell, which is just super empowering and bonding ;) And now I want to do it for every spell.
Baba Yaga Invocation:
Bone Witch of the Dark Woods
Ancient One hidden amongst our intuition and fear
Baba Yaga I call unto thee
Crone of the house on chicken feet
Come upon this circle tonight
Guide us with your skull lantern and it's red eyes
Empower us with your wisdom
Take us in your mortar to fly within the night
Tell us what we need to know

Since I was working with Baba Yaga I used her story for my paper on what I need in my life. Here is what I wrote and burned:
